I WAS CHARGED HIGH BY THE ATTORNEYS WORKING WITH PROCOR SA

I sold my late mother's house before I could apply for copy of Tittle deed I asked Procor Agent Anna how much the Attorney will charge us for the whole process as she was the one she recomended and have been working with them

she said I am not sure when it comes to the estate but one thing I know for sure is clearance ceriticate might be the one expensive depnding on how much you owe. The attorney was Piet Haasbroek, Charmaine is the Lady who was handling our transfer, I received email saying can I get a qoute for COC I said yes, the next thing I received a call that the electrician was at home and they said he will come back the next thing I received a call from Anna saying the buyer as ran away without paying the transfers cost and the house was supposed to be registered

I sent the email to Charmain asking her how did we even get to lodgement, prep without that transfer money. She said and I quoute "The house will be registed on Friday and will keep the Tittle deed. We still have not received the calculations it was on Wedndesday. Saturday I receved money notification yooh! it was not the money I was expecting their charges was too high

I had to ask Anna to get us statemen or something then she said she will ask for Pro-rata something, because Charmain gave us nothing had not interest in comunicating with us, the charges were as follows

Master Consent: R1900,00 Obtaining Executorship: R1,200 Signing of Documents: R862,00 Pay Commission: R27,616.00 COC: R7,830.00 Lost Tittle Deed: R3,800.00 Clearance: R12,294.79

We were not informed at all of how much all will all cost when I ask to explain the above they are mute. no one is saying nothing, so please becareful working with Procor SA, am in the process of filing a claim
