Electricity problems

<p>I had an electrity bill query which I had addressed with Procor in Welkom. I've been using on average 400 units per month. On May I was billed for 766 units. Nothing in June. In July I was billed for 792 units when I enquired I was told it is for 2 months. My electricity was put off while I had the query and nothing was done to resolve it. I spoke to Jenny and then to her supervisor Crystal who promised she will escalate the query to the head office since I was not happy with their solutions. Nothing has been done till today. I have just received another bill for 1092 units. This after almost 3 days without electricity and reducing heater and geyser usage.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
