In 2018, my partner enrolled at Procedo Training Holdings (also operating as Gaboa Electrical Training Centre) to obtain his Electrical Red Seal trade certificate. Despite paying in full and repeatedly submitting all required documents, seven years later, he still hasn’t received his qualification. EWSETA and the Department of Higher Education have confirmed the delay is due to the director, Rachel, submitting incomplete and inconsistent documentation. During a recent teleconference, Rachel admitted she is deliberately ignoring our application due to personal dislike—a shocking and unprofessional statement. The facility’s listed addresses are nonexistent, and Rachel has made inappropriate remarks about race and religion.
