Shocking Service from house cleaning

I employed Procare Cleaning seven years ago to provide a cleaning service for my home.<br> Once this company was entrenched and confident that the service would be paid for, the service and attitude became exceptionally bad.<br> On numerous occasions, I complained and for a while, things improved. As usual numerous chances were given to them to redeem themselves. They did not do this.<br> They broke numerous items which were hidden away. Items of jewellery, perfumes and clothing were ****** costing thousand of rands and no effort was ever made to investigate their teams or come to some sort of agreement.<br> When I asked for a copy of the contract, I was subjected to a barrage of abuse from the supervisor. I informed Procare that their services were no longer required.<br> I was then threatened by the owner and when I asked for the FULL contract, I was sent the terms and conditions only. <br> Needless to say, I have still not received a copy of the contract and I am still being \bul****". <br> I have photographs of the state of my home when I investigated further which I will be posting on social media for anyone considering using this service.<br> I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!
