Be warned of Probuilt Investments, it's a ****!!!

A job that was meant to take 4 days is still not comoleted 4 weeks later. Roy does not answer calls nor whatsapps. He overcharged me for materials but failed to deliver on some of the services.

I hired this company for home improvements in November 2020. They were supposed to do my landscaping and a gate.

The gate was done in a week, what concerned me was the endless additional costs attached to the job but I did'nt complain cause I needed the job to be done.

A major problem though, was the landscaping that took forever to be done. He bought incorrect stone sizes for huge sums of money as per quotation and constantly required money to pay his labourers.

The worst was when he charged R15000 to purchase 76m² turf and only brought 32m² turf and disappeared with all the money. The ground has also been half-prepared cause only 40m² has been done. I was also advised that the turf he bought would'nt even last me more than 18 months before it withers.

I've been trying to get hold of him, he ignores my calls, he only responds to whatsapp messages when he feels like it, makes commitments that he never fulfills.

I had to hire other people to complete the job.
