Pathetic Service

My wife made a booking which she has seen on Group-on for a Spa treatment. She called the Service Provider which goes by the name PRO BRUSH which is situated on 54 HENRI RD,CENTURION,0157.<br> Anyway my wife asked if we come to the shop without the Voucher will we still get the same price as advertised and the lady mentioned yes it wont be a problem. The day arrived 19th September (Saturday) when we arrived to our destination. We got to the reception and mentioned we have an appointment. The lady asked us to provide a Voucher which we mentioned arrangements have been made to pay the discounted rate instead of providing a Voucher as discussed on the telephone line. To cut a long story short the lady who made our bookings was not friendly at all.She says theres nothing she can do to help us.<br> The Service I received was totally UNprofessional. If anyone considering going to this place,please really do think twice. The place is a normal house with no atmosphere at at all and most of not accommodating. This was my worst experience ever when it comes to Service,especially having my day planned out for this lovely day only to be spoiled by unfriendly and unhelpfull staff.
