Pro-Bright Electrical *************

This company (Pro-Bright Electrical) rented one of my properties. They were accountable for the payment of rent. The family who lived there, moved out at the end of Feb 2018. They never paid the outstanding rent for that month. Its now almost 2 months later, no response from them. Rent still outstanding to this day. My question. How will you be able to trust this company to do proper electrical work for you and deliver on their promises if they cant stick to a simple lease contract?
