On the 24th May 2021 I bought a new 650 battery from them. They told me the battery carries a 2 year warranty. After two months the battery developed a fault and I took it back. They tested it and told me it developed a factory problem so they will send it back. Since it was still within warranty I expected them to give me a replacement battery but instead they told me to buy another battery which they will refund me my money on return. Three weeks passed without hearing from them after I had bought another battery from them. I decided to check with them only to be told that I will not get my refund because the battery was send back from factory by error so I should wait again for another 3 weeks. I encourage others not to buy batteries from Battery & Solar Brits. Their service is poor and they ill treat customers. The shop Manager is very rude and arrogant. He does not have customer care all.

Hello Peter please help me to recover my Money. I don't need two batteries for one car at the same time. They **** to me to buy another battery now they are greed they don't want to refund me.
