Pathetic Service!!!
I would like to advise that the support I received in the last four months have been totally pathetic. I’ve had probably 6 or 7 poolsense devices since 2020 and I had to pay for at least 2 or 3 of them but my complaint is now that my current pool sense device stopped working on 4 November 2025. I dropped the device off by one of your support technicians which is Waleed Steyn on the 5th of December 2025 and up until today I’m still without any device and only got feedback on the 23rd of January that he is unable to get the device to work. Eventually on the 13th of February i was told a replacement device was going to be dropped off by my house within the next day or so but up until today I'm still waiting for the replacement device. I've sent numerous messages only to get excuses after excuses why it wasnt delivered. This is the pathetic service you receive after being a loyal customer for the last 5 years.
