Unsatisfactory

The vehicle is more than a year with the panel beaters trying to fix the right hand site that was damage in an accident. The dents were sorted out after I had paid them in full. The day that I had to take the vehicle all the electric window were not working properly, the owner insisted that he will fix it. The vehicle is still at the shop and every time I went to see the owner with regard to my vehicle he had a lot of excuses, the last time he told me that all the vehicles on the premise keys were taken by *****s and every time I follow up on the replacement of spare keys there are excuses. I would really appriciated if someone like hello peter can help me!
