Shocking service from Pro-X Ppools

After-sales service is disgusting!!

Marcel and Simoné were happy to take our money for a new pool. After the installation, we had numerous problems with the pool. Marcel promised to come fix them but never arrived. Now he refuses to take my calls.

We bought a solid safety pool cover from Marcel that does not fit. He refuses to fix the cover so we now have a very expensive cover we can not use.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid.
