Pool cannot hold water

Started off really well. Had some issues during construction but they sent in a new team and all good from there. My pool was completed on 24th May without being able to hold water. Now 20th June (almost 1 month later) still not fixed. Still leaks. Every time I must refill the pool at my own cost. Last time they did a cheap fix job - I now sit with a combination of pool grout and silicone on my pool tiles (of different colours). They would have come today to fix - nobody showed. No call, nothing.

I cannot recommend them unfortunately. Should have listened to the bad reviews.
