I have sent my car for repairs at Pro-Wagen Mayville around November 2020 due to prices disagreement I ask the owner Jaco Engelbrecht to leave the car il sent my insurance truck to collect it, to my nightmare the car engine parts were not there he keeps telling me that he' s looking for them not answering calls not in office but his car is on the parking lot,I sent a complaint to their complaint website no response up until today, currently the matter is with the lawyers i'm so frustrated the car is parked at home I have no mince of transport ,my family is using public transport till today Pro Wagen hasn't responded.I only needs the parts they took out of the car nothing else.Model Audi A3 1.8t 2012 s-tonic
