bad service and parts theft

I was treated badly by a Prowagen company in mayville owned by jaco engelbrecht, parts were removed from my car audi A3 CZ90MNGP ,new battery swapped with old one, we communicated jaco promised to look for parts last year march 2021, and gone ,my car is still without those parts and he been avoiding my calls and e-mails ,i went to see him he hides and tell clients he's overseas. till today
