Bad frustrating service at Pro-Wagen Mayville owner keeps doging not attending to the car

Its MR Moses Thabethe owner of Audi A3 CZ 90 MN GP , see my previous reviews, my problem is still not sorted with Pro-wagen i have referred the matter to RMI for assistance the owner is not co-opertive very unfriendly ,rude and not even taking my calls ,my car is still at his premises left outside not looked after just dumped out there, why are companies like these allowed to continue operating
