INITIATED A SPECIAL ORDER-ORDER NO LONGER NEEDED

I must say I am highly impressed and thankful with the level of efficiency and service excellence received from Sameera Limalia of Provisions Books-Durban.<br> <br> I am a current student at Unisa. Two of the prescribed books for my current semester were not available due to the less number of students doing the course. A special order had to be placed for both books. I am not sure of the process of a special order, but I assume the book has to be re-printed. <br> Because of assignments deadline, whilst waiting for the ordered book I ended up having to buy from someone in Pmb and drove there for collection.<br> I contacted Sameera to request for cancellation which is stated on terms to be unacceptable. She did however still manage to assist me.<br> I am highly grateful for this as this would have meant I have lost R1000.00 which now will be paid towards my outstanding study fees.<br> <br> <br> Thank you. I am eternally grateful and will never purchase my books from any other provider after this experience.<br> <br> Please do persist on valuing each and every customer of yours.
