They keep on lying I've been waiting for nothing terrible service ever I regret and wasted my time I've been waiting for courier since Friday nothing

Apologies for not responding on HelloPeter previously.
To our knowledge this issue was resolved amicably around the time of your post.
If we are correct the delivery was delayed by a few days.
As you know there are many reasons that delivery can exceed the normal time-frames, often outside of the control of the merchants.
We have upgraded our monitoring and are pleased to share that at present almost all our deliveries are within the stipulated timeframes.
We hope you will try us again and if we do better give us a better rating.
