Protrace - NO GO

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Protrace. I paid R61,000 for services that were contractually agreed upon, including investigative actions, reports, bank statements, and recovery-related work. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to communicate, I received no meaningful feedback, no documentation, and no results. I also did not receive responses to my emails, including those sent via Pro Trace’s own communication channels. I fully understand that investigative and tracing work involves expenses and that results cannot always be guaranteed. For that reason, I did not expect a 100% return or full recovery. However, I did expect accountability and delivery on services that were paid for in advance but never performed. To date, I have:

Received no bank statements Received no formal reports Seen no recovered funds, nor evidence of recovery efforts Received no clear explanation or breakdown of costs

While I have tried to be reasonable and patient, the lack of communication and tangible deliverables makes this situation feel highly unreasonable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Protrace, particularly due to the absence of transparency, feedback, and service delivery after payment was made.
