Pro Touch Faulty Batteries

On 2019/09/02 i bought a 628 battery for my Golf Mk1 at Pro Touch Batteries CC, 944, Wilhelm Street, Claremont, PRETORIA 8 months later the battery started giving me problems. When i bought this battery i was told that i should keep my receipt incase anything goes wring with it.

Today (2020/06/08) i went to the shop to louch my problem and seek assistance and the only thing that was done is to check the battery voltage. My problem with this battery is that my motor won't start in the morning and i have to bother people, asking for a Jumpstart which is also inconveniencing and wasting my time during rush hours.

The person that was assisting me told me that there was something wrong with my car's electronic system of wich i feel it is nonsense. Ibtakebabgoid carebof my car and its functioning and performing well. One of my friends lend me his 628 battery that i used for 3 consecutive days without any problems. But when i put this batter that i bought at Pro Touch Batteries CC. The problem continues.

I suggest that i get my refund because they cannot satisfy me as a customer. The person did not even give me chance to explain the challenges I've experienced with their product.
