Pro Touch Batteries in Claremont ***** your money

Bought a battery from them in 2022. The battery started giving problems in January 2023. The battery is not a year old. When I went to ask about the battery they said it's the alternator. I went to a specialist to look at the alternator and they found boring wrong. I went back to the Pro Touch Battery company they kept on telling me it's my battery. There were other people too with the same problem. They are good to take your money but when replacing the battery on their cost they surely don't do it. The owner and his wife of the company has a bad attitude can't even assist you in a decent way.

Best is close your shop because you're *****ing people's money.
