Bettery can't start in the morning

Firstly let me highlight this, most good reviews are written by the owner and his sons. Owner Phillip Theron, Son's Ryno Theron and Conroe Theron.(false review?)

I bought Deltec bettery on 28/01/2020 for my golf 1.4i. Four months down the line, its started giving me problem in the mornings, I couldn't start the car. I took it back to them(pro touch betteries) and they said they will keep it for 24 hours to charge it.

I got it back and after few days it gave the same problem, so I decided to swap the bettery with the one I have on my polo playa 1.4i. It gave me the same problem in the mornings it couldn't start the the Polo but the golf is now starting well with the bettery I took from the polo.(I don't think there's anything wrong with the car)

I went to the shop again to explain the whole thing on Wednesday the 17 June 2020 Phillip told me the bettery is fyn and I said it's giving problems in the mornings and I explaining the swapping from the Golf and he said the it's the car that's faulty and I said There's no way 2 cars can be faulty.

He told me to come back on the 18 June 2020 afternoon. I got there and he told me the bettery is fyn, I explained that in the mornings its when it's giving problems. He then suggested that I buy a new bettery and I told him that I can't do that with the bettery under warranty and I do not have money to buy another one. So he opted to borrow me a recon one size 618 or 619 as the guy who was helping me said and he will take it to Deltec to test it.

All that I'm saying is that how does this warranty work because it's my expenses to now and then go to the their shop and explain one thing now and then.

I have the recon bettery that I will take a video of it every morning when I start it to see how it works.

NB I have all the conversations on my phone, video and voice notes. I also have one with the wife when I came to explain how unhappy I was with the treatment and the wife said if there's any problem I must come back and the will exchange the bettery but when I approached her she is directing me to the husband Phillip.
