Never received order

I order an ****nal jersey in May with my husbands name and number on it , I did not receive it when I was told and when contacted them the guy I felt with informed that they made a mess up and if I waited until end of of April beginning June I would receive the new shirt at the same price and to apologize he would sent me the cap . Now 4 months down the line I find out he is not working there and I must pay in the extra amount for the shirt ... Find someone else to do your shirts or buy shirts from this place rips people off and you will never see what you asked for: no one follows up unless you call or email to try find out what is happening .
