Repayment of deposit

I moved into 70 Alsation Road in the begining of February with the deposit and rent paid but had problems with the geyser and a window being broken. I reported this to Gizito and he would say he would get both fixed. Around May decided to move out because neither of the problems were fixed. I sent him a message letting him know that I will be moving out and he responded with a phone call to which I explained my reasons for moving out.This message was sent on the 27 of May 2015. On the 28 of June 2015 I sent him another message letting him know that i will be moving ot within that week but he did not respond to it. I ended up invoving my mother, Nomsa Matunda but that did not help. Gizito to this day refuses to pay back the deposit of R5000.00<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Sakhele Matunda
