Beware of ProShutters

This company took a 70% deposit for shutters from an online quote in November. We agreed they could install the shutters in January once builders holidays were over. They have not yet arrived to install. Following calls to "Enoch" and "Lucille" who are apparently the only staff, they promise to arrive but repeatedly fail to do so. Their business address in Northlands Deco Park listed on the website is apparently an empty building. They claim to have moved their premises to KyaSands but the address online remains the old one. Beware this company. I am proceeding to lay ******** charges to reclaim my deposit and damages.
