Shocking service

Absolutely terrible service! I had my blinds installed in March 2021 but there were a lot of faults with the blinds after having a closer look once the team had left, so I emailed and WhatsApp them straight away explain the issues to which they said they would come and look at and then nothing…… waited and waited and no replies and lots of no shows from the team,, 6months later and lots of emails and messages later I finally get a call from Victor who asked to come and see my blinds, it was very short notice but I made a plan to be home for him to come and surprise surprise he did not pitch up…… myself and husband waited in for 2 hours, no message or call to explain why! So that’s it I want nothing more to do with Proshades, they are absolutely shocking with how they treat their customers and I would definitely not recommend to anyone!
