They were fantastic. They arrived on the the agreed date to discuss our requirement and take measurements to prepare the quote. Despite the Easter weekend falling in the middle of the manufacturing process, they not only arrived two days earlier than originally specified, for the installation they also arrived an hour earlier than had been confirmed. The team that arrived to do the installation were very respectful and efficient and the installation was completed quickly and without a hitch. They made sure I understood how to use the shades and also cleaned up after themselves. From quote to installation, all the staff with whom my wife and I had contact were both courteous and professional and it was a pleasure to do business with them. The product and service went beyond our expectations and we are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship in both the shades and the installation, Not only would we use their services again should the need arise, we recommend them unconditionally.
