Pathetic Customer Service and Poor Workmanship

Let's just start off with the poor to no communication from Victor. Then the terrible workmanship from his team who installed our carport sheets. It was a constant struggle to get a hold of Victor after we reported that our sheeting was installed in different color shades to what we had requested. When the team eventually came out to correct the job, they have left us worse off, that our carport sheets now rattle so badly when its windy. Not only that, Robin had such an attitude the day he came out to redo a job which he and his team stuffed up in the first place. Victor constantly made empty promises about coming out to check the work of his team. but never pitched and there was no apology for no his no show. This process took from Dec 2020 - March 2021. I have never battled with any company for this long.

I am all for promoting businesses and excellent workmanship. But PROSHADES is one company I will never recommend to anyone one.
