Shocking service from Prosales Broadcast

Why will Hello Peter not allow us to give a zero star rating? Completely unacceptable service from Prosales Broadcast https://prosales.co.za We placed our order and made payment on 6 November. Over 2 weeks we chased up as to when we would get delivery. Most of our messages went unanswered until we called on 19 November. The goods were delivered all except for 2 items, one that was on backorder (understandable) and no explanation whatsoever for the other item not being delivered. Since then the sales rep Raymond has continued to ignore most of our calls and messages and now 39 days later, our goods are still not delivered and we continue to get no explanation with regards to the delay. Even today our messages are ignored and not responded to. Never again! Completely disgusting and unacceptable service!

This is a most unfortunate situation. It has been addressed internally and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and lack of service received by this customer.  All items have been delivered to the customer and we shall certainly strive to ensure  that this type of situation does nor reoccur.

Pro Sales Broadcast, the gift that keeps on giving. The nerve! No, not all items have been delivered! 84 days later and we are still waiting! That you would lie on a public platform is despicable if not brave! On 11 January we got confirmation that the item that had been on backorder had now been received and would be delivered. Here we are almost 3 weeks since that promise. You must be ashamed of yourselves!
