Unfair treatment by Lee and pro-rentals

Hi there please try by all means to avoid renting a place in vaalpark or anywhere else via pro-rentals they bully consumers and dont know how to treat tenants,thier monthly rates increases as and when they want,the interest are accesive,customer communications is poor,we rented through Lee who does not have any customer service and has no respect for tenants at the begging she will be nice for one to sign contract but as it goes she becomes much unreasonable,we moved out of the property and when the inspector come for damaged inspections I was there and he said everything was ok,we have now being charged for repairs we dont know,to make matters worse we have been blacklisted but we dont owe them any rental,Lee is very pathetic and takes people for granted,they act as if they untouchable and we tried rental tribunal but they never even tried to intervene,can someone with property law knowledge intervene and help put Lee and pro-rentals where they belong please
