Neil Strangleman still avoiding me and the issue at hand

<p>I cancelled last year 06 October 2016 with Grant Kietzmann. I was told by Aretha and Deon that I'd be getting a refund but I've been ignored even since until 24/04/2017 when I asked for head office email address, and Deon asked me why I want it. In writing. I responded and I am still being ignored. This is rediculous! I have been waiting how long now? I have forwarded all correspondence regarding the problem and he's not taking my calls nor responding to my emails. </p> <p>I really shoud go to the Ombudsman with this. I see other people have taken to the paper about them too. </p>
