Pro-Pathetic
The service of Pro-Plumb, Gordon’s Bay is beyond pathetic. Pro-Plumb was requested to fix a water leak. On numerous occasions were they requested to come out and identify the location of the leak. According to the receptionist (who is a bag-full of attitude and unpleasent to deal with), the plumbers visited the property 7 times. Bearing in mind, that these 7 occasions include them visiting the property when no one was at home and them not notifying / requesting whether someone was at home to come out and have a look. Consequently they arrived at a house with no one home, which is their fault.
However, I only recall them visiting the property once. With this visit, the plumbers, that look suspect, enter the property without masks which is a safety concern. In addition, they stood around examining the house which is an additional safety concern. Furthermore, these plumbers have a reluctant attitude and are ***********. In addition to this, they have an arrogant attitude, similar to Pro-Plumbs receptionist.
It is still unknown what work Pro-Plumb conducted and if they conducted any work at all. The only evidence that Pro-Plumb did do work is the damage they caused to the paving which they are reluctant to fix. This was also identified by a second Plumber that said he can’t see what Pro-Plumb done and that Pro-Plumb is being greedy by charging for services not required.
When following up on this with Pro-Plumb, the receptionist turns a blind eye to their disservice and rather defends the company by having a terrible attitude, which comprisied a high level of arrogance and somewhat depicted insecurities and cancels the phone call.
Dealing with the City of Cape Town is better than dealing with Pro-Plumb, and with the City, things gets solved.
Ultimately, Pro-Plumb’s service is worse than the pubilc sector. To worsen matters, they do not have a website which is even more unprofessional. Their service is a gross miscarriage to the service industry and they are thus highly NOT recommended.
