Pathetic Pro Plum Plumbing services

This company left me without hot water for almost three weeks after the id some leak repairs in my wall. I called Pro Plum Plumbing services to tell them they have messed up, Annemarie the manager had the ordasity to tell me it's not her plumbers that left me without hot water I must submit a new insurance claim for them to come check out the geyser problem. I'm in the building trade industry since 1996 and I'm not qualified but I do have knowledge, I submit the new claim and they came 11/03/2020, their own plumber admitted that they have messed up and switched the Geyser Isolator off that left me without hot water and cause further leakage in my ceiling. I will never make use of their services even if I'm forced to. Pro Plum Plumbing services are pathetic and have no problem with not taking responsibility for their actions but they're doing work for insurance companies.
