Worst motorcycle dealer ever

This is the worst service, client service ever. My son bought a motorcycle on the 02/02/2024 from this outlet made a full payment. The bike was suppose to be delivered on the 03/02/24 it was only delivered on the 06/02/24 without the Natiss papers. We are still waiting for the papers. This morning I phoned their head office that told me he only made the payment for the motorcycle to head office this morning! After we visit his shop again. The bike means nothing without registration that cant be done without the Natiss papers. When my son bought the bike he explained he need the bike urgent since it is his only transport to work every day. And The manager promise everything will be sort out by 03/02/24 .
