Bad customer service

Sent me the wrong plate. I ordered a Lee bench plate and received a Lee Bench Block. Usually i would understand the mistake, But it has been 2 days of Emailing them on *** with no reply or acknowledgement of my mail. Today i tried calling the help line and after the computer answers, you choose your option and then it goes dead. WTH. No service? I have a bench plate i dont need and i am not willing to order again and receive the wrong item again. Bad bad customer service.
