Quick to ask for payment but nothing to deliver. Shame on you!

On the 10th of August I paid R2500 into Hein Roets capitec account for a course with pro med (ambulance), up until today I have not yet received any feedback other than "I'll phone you later" after each message sent, which he never did,then he just stopped replying to me. He was extremely quick in asking for payment of which I have proof yet for 3 months I have not been able to get a proper response as to what's going on regarding the course! This is absolutely pathetic & I would really like some answers or at the very least a refund!

Im really disappointed since I really wanted to do the course!
