Unhappy client

That guy with long beard is a 0 out of 10, he shouted at me for asking back for my old key which he didn't even bring as he promised, he took my new key back with him and took his time to bring it back, he glued my chip on the remote I don't know for what reasons... now l can't remove that chip when ever I'm fixing my key, he used a wrong ***** for my remote and it keeps on preaking my fingers because it was too sharp on the other side, he wrongly put the ***** it couldn't hold my key tight only to see my remote dropping down while driving. I sent him a whatsap message he didn't bother to come fix his nonsense and l don't even think he is a locksmith looks like he is just taking chances. All this costed me r2500. I had to go to another locksmith since l was stuck. I asked my lawyer to handle the case
