The WORST locksmith!

The worst locksmith ever! They showed up to change 1 lock. I gave them my key for that lock so they could open and close it. Following the job, I was invoiced R2340 which included a R250 call-out fee. The 10-pin lock alone they claim costs R1495. On what planet does a lock cost this much?

They then forgot to hand my key back before they left and I’ve been requesting them to bring back my key as it opens another door at my house. I have called numerous times and sent numerous messages and they ignore all my efforts to contact them. I have now opened a case of theft at a police station and the law will deal with them.
