Terrible service - do not use

Do not use their services (www.pro-locklocksmith.co.za).

They replaced a lock, after my old was didn't allow me to open from the inside. That new lock has since not allowed me to insert my key from the outside. When I called to advise, they shouted at me and told me that it wasn't their fault; that if I wanted it fixed, I'd have to pay for call out and labour AGAIN. Their after care service is non-existent and the person on the line completely lacking in professionalism. Take your money elsewhere!
