Exhaust shop attitude

I needed work done to my car so I called Pro fit . Brandon answered- From get go his mood was rather off - I asked him if they were busy and he said busy but you can wait, this was 9h50am I arrived there 10h45 plus Minus . I proceeded to walk inside and i was greeted by Brandon also again not very friendly person nor help ful. I asked brandon for a quote on a custom Y pipe for my exhaust and he answered with and uninterested resonpose He needs to see under the vehicle 1st I must please wait over there or outside. I then waited 1h15 mins in this time they had installed 1 back box on a vehicle and for 25 mins no work was done on this car at this time I spotted there welder on lunch and brandon out of site. I then decided to leave as at the pace I wouldn't be attended to at all. The waiting isnt really a issue even tho the 4 exhaust shops before profit were able to give me a time etc . It was more the bad attitude of Brandon that completely put me off. Being very active in the motor industry I asked around and this seems to be a common issue with Profit Exhausts . Please dont waist your time. Manners are for free and they cant even provide that .
