Hi my name is Thembakazi prudence Mnengi I am working as a security guard at University of Western cape. I start working for this company since 2016 till now since that the manager of this company has been treating me badly . July I lost my mother I sign 5 days of compassionate leave and 5 days of family responsibility but they changed the compassionate leave to annual leave without notifying me and they don't want to give me annual leave for four years including this year, again I app**** for jacket uniform with my colleagues they received their uniforms but me I didn't get nothing it's feel so painful to me I even wrote a grievance about this thing but they ignoring me
