Disappointing Experience – Lack of Respect and Support

I worked at this place and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. During my time there, I felt treated with little respect, and it was clear that the management, including the boss, did not prioritize employee well-being or development.

Communication was lacking with no real structure for support or feedback, leaving employees feeling undervalued and overlooked. The work environment was often tense and unwelcoming, which affected morale and productivity.

I believe that a company should foster a culture of respect and support to achieve success. Unfortunately, I fell short in these areas. I hope they reconsider their approach to management and employee relations.
