Bad services

Hi pro- ed private school I'm not happy with treatment i got from school. I own school fees for R15450. I went to school to do arragemebt with them regarding that.the lady who deal with finance she said she will call me after i was called by reception lady, she told me she wont to any arrangement with me the account has being handle to debt collect i should make arrangements with them.

And surprising the reception lady she told me she going to put stamp to each report for outstanding money that money its both for my kids but that money was combined to both kids on their report and again instead of the to give me team 4 report their give me team 3. I'm very disappointed the way the handle this matrer towards me.
