POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a garage door motor installed in February 2018. The supplier was contacted 4 times within the first year as the motor constantly did not work. The one time my gardener was at fault as he unplugged it by accident.

The other 3 times, it just seized to work for no reason. There is no additional door to the garage. So once it is closed no one can operate it or do something on the inside. The supplier insinuated that we misused the product and it is due to negligence. The previous motor the same supplier installed lasted for years with only yearly maintenance. Therefore I believe this was a second hand or faulty product that was installed.

The supplier refused to come and fix it again even at a cost as I mentioned that if it breaks again I feel they should reimburse me for the product.

Please do not use this company as there is no after sales service and they obviously do not care about smaller customers.
