Unreliable poor service-Prodomestic Training and placement

I contracted with Pro domestic Training and Placement services (July 2019) in need of a reliable domestic placement. I paid an upfront placement fee of R800 and requested for a trained placement. I received several placements and unfortunately the candidates were not up to standard. The referrals were untrained and not up to expectation. A client is brought to believe that they going to receive a reputable service but there were several days when candidates did not pitch for work. They contract with clients for 3 months and the fee is non-refundable even though the client is unhappy through the duration of the term. Pro domestic is very unreliable in the service they provide with no value for money.
