Worst service, customers are ignored

I requesting contact details for a supervisor or manager in the form of a landline number AND email address I have made now several requests for this information that have been ignored.

I have send mails to your *** on the 17/06/2025 and the 30/06/2025 and still have not received any communication back.

I have sent mails to *** on the 13/06/2025 and the 17/06/2025 and still have not recieved any communication in return.

I also have made several attempts to call your landline ***, and only get voicemail or the number rings with no answer, I also cannot leave a voicemail as voicemail is full.

Again I am requesting a manager or supervisor contact details. As it is get to the point that all communications are being ignored.

And you as my portfolio manager, are make only empty promises, as you have told me you would provide me with this information on the 27/06/2025 and again you phoned me on the 30/06/2025 and promised I would recieve this information by the end of the day which i still have not recieved.
