Used my details to do falsely gain consent to do a credit assessment

I will be reporting this company to the National Credit Regulator.

They called me in the middle of the morning (11:30), It was not clear what the call is about, they stated they are calling in relation to my accounts which I am paying too much interest on. I asked them which account are they referring to (they could not answer) ,and then told them I'm busy and they must call me later.

I then get an SMS stating "I, [FULL NAME], [ID NUMBER] gave consent to request my credit "report on. Reason. Affordability Assessment, Pro Debt Solutions."

I DID NOT GIVE SUCH CONSENT, NEITHER WAS IT REQUESTED. This is completely ********* and dishonest.
