Unauthorised Access to My Credit Report

I was contacted by Pro Dept Solutions regarding debt consolidation. Shortly after the call, I received an SMS saying I had consented to them accessing my credit report, something I never agreed to. This is a serious violation of my privacy and consumer rights. I am extremely disappointed and concerned that they accessed my personal financial information without permission, which could negatively affect my credit score. I’ve requested that they stop contacting me and delete all data obtained without my consent. Companies like this should not be allowed to handle personal or financial data without explicit consent.
