Megan called me saying that I have been overcharged with my mortgage repayment and they can assist with negotiating on my behalf to reduce my instalment and I will get all the interest back in cash. They sent me a debicheck mandate for the debit order and I saw debt review, before approving it I contacted them asking about the wording and they reassured me it's not debt review, it's restructuring. After the first payment got debited, I noticed again debt review as the collector. I called and enquired and then their story changed and Lindsay said it is debt review "didn't I see when I signed and approved the debicheck" I was stunned. Mind you I was paying my mortgage and everything was fine with my payments. Long story short, I had to pay R8000 to cancel it with them alternatively I would have been under debt review for 5years. They are a disgrace of a company, and I wish everything bad for the ladies who work there lying to everyone. I hope this company closes down.
