This company called my mom an elderly person who is in a very sensitive personal and sensitive situation and offers her a refund of all the instalments she made towards her car. In short she never agreed and asked to be called back because she wants to get a better advice but they proceeded and contacted her financial providers to negotiate lower instalments and she never agreed to.
