Dishonest and unhelpful complete ****s

They are just horrible completely **** to me and gave me false information, I have been calling them sending them messages but still no response I have requested that they cancel everything as it was set up in dishonesty, still I received no response. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible company they were suppose to assist to lower interest rates and not extend any payment plans which they have done causing me further stress. I just want this cancelled
